SLA-TSG CBC library tour

When: October 11, 2012 @ 2pm

Location: CBC Media Libraries, 250 Front Street West, Toronto, ON

The SLA Toronto Student Group is proud to present a tour of the CBC library!

As fledgling LIS students, many of us wonder how librarians contribute to media outlets like television and radio. What exactly does a media librarian do? Fortunately for SLA-TSG students, Laura Warner has helped us organize a tour of the CBC Library and Archives so that iSchool students can learn more about what it means to be a librarian working in the media field! This tour was a hit last year so we had to bring it back! CBC Library & Archives Tour 2.0 happens on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 2pm. We will be sharing our tour experience (and hopefully some pictures!) afterwards on our blog.
